Regardless of your preference, connecting the blinds to your voice assistant or long-distance app control is a breeze, thanks to the convenient integration.
Bluetooth Battery Motor - Power Source: Rechargeable motor, lasting about 600 cycles (4-6 months) per full charge. The app displays the battery level. - Voice Assistant Connection: Requires a smart gateway to connect with Alexa or Google. - App Control: Built-in Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of up to 100+ feet.
Hardwired Motor - Voice & App Control: Hardwired motor can be controlled via Wi-Fi and directly work with all versions of Alexa and Google. No hub required.
Note: Hardwired motors are recommended if there is an outlet near your window. The charging cable is 55" long, but extensions can be provided upon request.
Maximum Size: The Kerxwerd blinds can be customized up to 116 inches wide and 120 inches high. If the desired size is not available, you can inquire through Amazon messages or email.
Battery vs. Hardwired Motor - Power: Battery motors are powered by built-in batteries, while hardwired motors require a power outlet. - Control Signals: Battery motors are controlled via Bluetooth, while hardwired motors are controlled via Wi-Fi and can directly integrate with Alexa and Google.
Multiple Blinds Control - Individual Control: Each blind can be placed on a different channel for individual control. - Group Control: To control all blinds with a single click, use channel 0 or place them in the same group.
Remote Control and Solar Panel - Remote Control: We recommend one remote control per room. - Solar Panel: Highly recommended if your windows are in an inconvenient location for charging.
Timer Function - With the remote control alone, you can set a timer to open and close the blinds at specific times, as long as the remote is placed near the blinds.
